A Rostraver Township woman has received the go-ahead to look for ghosts at
the old Washington County Jail.
Washington County Authority executive director C. Wayne Fleming said Tuesday that he had received approval
from two of the three county commissioners to allow Sherri Higgins and
her partner Patrick Huber of Belle Vernon to conduct an investigation at the vacant,
103-year old jail..
